On behalf of the South East Wales Safeguarding Board, I would like to thank you and your team for your wonderful hospitality and professional support for our Neglect Conference last Wednesday. As you may be aware the 5 Local Safeguarding Boards came together to form our Regional Board last April and therefore it was very important to have a successful event in our first year. From our evaluations of the day, it is very clear that both the venue, food and organisation for the conference played a huge part in the success of the conference. Booking a team-building event for a client with over 300 people at a venue you've never used before requires something of a leap of faith no matter the amount of due diligence. It's not just the client's needs on the day that need to be met, it's ours before, during and after the event too and some venues just don't see the need to cater for both. We couldn't be happier that we chose the Christchurch Centre for this event. Your whole team's service was brilliant throughout, the food was beyond excellent and we feel that we've made friends as much as gained an excellent supplier. Make no mistake. We'll be back
